Licensor reviewed 5 files but also reviewed MERIT to confirm all staff listed had documentation reflected such as Initial STARS/Health and Safety Trainings listed under WAC 0106 and PBC's. The director, has been having trouble accessing MERIT to view. This licensor offered to assist by adding the names of new staff and removing old staff no longer working at the space from the MERIT account until access is sorted out. Staff member, M.H.C. does not have Initial STARS and was hired in December. E.M does not have Initial STARS and was hired in October 2023. T.S. does not have Initial STARS and was hired 11/1/2020. M.H.C, E.M. does not have any of the 0106 Health and Safety Trainings on the DCYF Portal in MERIT and verified. T.S. only has the Mandated Reporting Training listed as verified in MERIT and no other trainings from the DCYF Portal listed in MERIT and verified.
